Lauren George, Founder
With two children of her own, Lauren is passionate about starting a school that blends the best of all worlds within the context of deep Christian community. She and her husband Brett have two sons, Henry and Bo. They enjoy spending time with friends and family and enjoy the outdoors. The Georges attend First Presbyterian Church of Augusta.

Grey Haddon
Grey is married to Lauren, and they have three children, Davis, Tucker, and Reese. Grey is a physical therapist and is passionate about serving patients and developing other therapists. The Haddons are active members of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta. They enjoy family time outside, reading, and Braves baseball.

Jeff Young
Jeff is the husband to Shelley and father of 2 boys (Louis and Mack). He is an active member of First Presbyterian church of Augusta and owner of Premier Home Inspections. In his off time, he and his family enjoy volunteering with International Link and spending time with friends.
Covenant board members will consult spiritual leaders in the community for advice and guidance related to Christian formation.

Mike Hearon
Dr. Mike Hearon is the lead pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Augusta. Covenant Christian Academy is grateful for our common mission—Psalm 145:4 “One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.”
Mike Ingham
Mike and his wife, Corrie, have 3 children, Olivia Kate, Hudson, and Ezra. They are native to Augusta and are active members of First Presbyterian Church. Mike serves as an elder at their church. Mike is a local State Farm Agent and is passionate about helping and serving people in the community. In their free time they enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with friends.
Dr. Daniel Boone
Dr. Boone is an elder at First Presbyterian Church of Augusta and a local internal medicine physician. Covenant is grateful for his commitment to serve as a spiritual advisor.
